Gersh Autism seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with ASD in a year-round school program. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one and small-group instruction, and record progress data.

This role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, adherence to ethical standards, and ongoing supervision. The ideal candidate will have active RBT certification and experience with ASD in educational settings.

Formación

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ASD or in a special education setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement IEPs and BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support in classrooms.
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress.
• Assist in teaching strategies to support academic and social development.
• Collaborate with school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in supervision sessions and adhere to professional standards.
