Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is recruiting School Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. Positions are available across multiple districts in Massachusetts, with options for full-time or part-time schedules aligning with school hours.

Pay ranges from $28 to $30 per hour, depending on assignment, experience, and certifications. The role focuses on 1:1 ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs and school staff for student progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA behavior therapy to students.
• Support students with goals from IEPs including behavior regulation, social skills, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and progress; collaborate with BCBAs and staff.
• Help students build independence in daily routines, transitions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and apply proactive, evidence-based strategies.
