Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school-based settings across California for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This role offers school-hour schedules, with full‑time or part‑time options and pay of $26–$28 per hour based on assignment, experience, and certifications.

As an RBT you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, assist with IEP goals, collect and share data with BCBAs and school staff, help students build independence, and participate in

Qualifications

• ABA experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current or willing to obtain RBT certification (Ro Health can help).
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies.
• Support student independence in daily routines and transitions.
• Communicate with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and trainings.
