Ro Health, LLC is hiring School Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in the 2026–2027 school year across multiple districts in Massachusetts. Positions are full-time or part-time (school hours).

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based behavior therapy for students
• Support IEP goals including behavior regulation and academic engagement
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based strategies
• Communicate with educators, families, and supervisors maintaining confidentiality
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision
• Implement DTT, Play-Based Therapy, and Naturalistic Teaching strategies
• Adhere to BACB RBT Ethics Code and professional boundaries
