Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking School Based Behavior Technicians to support students across Massachusetts during the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. 24–$27/hour, with opportunities across multiple districts and schedules aligned with school hours.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and reliability.
• Patience and a genuine interest in supporting students are essential.
• Experience with children or behavioral settings is preferred but not required for all opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students using ABA and implement plans under BCBA guidance.
• Support students toward goals in IEPs including behavior regulation, communication, social skills, independence, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document data on student behavior and progress, and communicate observations to BCBA and school team.
• Help students build independence across classroom routines, transitions, and learning activities.
• Use proactive strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and support students through challenging situations.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff to ensure consistency across the school environment.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to strengthen skills and support progress.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in the school setting.
