Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings using ABA strategies. Roles include 1:1 and general classroom support for students from pre-K to high school, with daytime schedules typically 8am–3pm and weekends off.

The paid RBT training path assists uncertified providers to complete requirements with guidance and a pay bump. Weekly pay, benefits, and PTO are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• ABA work experience required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Strong assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
• Provide toileting/diapering assistance on a case by case basis.
