Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support students in multiple school districts for the 2026–2027 year. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules aligned with school hours and pays $26–$28 per hour, depending on assignment and credentials.

You will administer ABA-based interventions, document progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to support individualized education plans while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred).
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA, implementing individualized treatment plans and BIPs designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in achieving goals outlined in IEPs, including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT.
