Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings, using ABA strategies from pre-K to high school. Positions include 1:1 and general classroom support, with paid training through an RBT pathway.

We offer weekly pay, 40-hour paid training for RBT certification, commuter benefits up to 315/month, health benefits, PTO and sick time, and 7-day support from clinical and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABA work experience required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Passion for supporting students in learning.
• Strong assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
• Provide toileting/diapering assistance on a case by case basis.
