Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in Massachusetts school districts for the 2026–2027 year and beyond. Roles involve implementing individualized ABA interventions, 1:1 support, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs and school teams.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification through the BACB or willingness to obtain certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience providing ABA services or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support and ABA services under BCBA supervision.
  • Support students to achieve IEP goals including behavior, communication and social skills.
  • Implement DTT, NET and other ABA strategies with fidelity.
  • Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition; report progress to BCBA.
  • Help students develop independence in classroom routines and transitions.
  • Use evidence-based strategies to reinforce positive behavior.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers and school staff for consistent behavior plans.
  • Participate in BCBA supervision, meetings, training and development.
  • Maintain confidentiality, ethics and professional boundaries.
