Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students across multiple districts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This role offers 1:1 ABA therapy, collaboration with BCBA supervision, and a path for professional growth within school settings.

Positions provide school-hours schedules (Monday–Friday) with pay of $28–$30 per hour, based on assignment, experience, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain—Ro Health can help!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA with plans designed by a BCBA
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior, social skills, communication, and academics
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition and adjust strategies with BCBA guidance
• Assist students in building independence in daily routines, transitions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors and apply evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to support student progress
• Adhere to BACB RBT Ethics Code and professional boundaries
