Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students across Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. You will provide 1:1 ABA-based behavioral support under BCBA guidance, helping students reach IEP goals and build essential skills in school settings.

You’ll collect data, collaborate with teachers and BCBAs, and participate in supervision and professional development. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA experience or RBT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support using ABA under BCBA guidance.
• Support IEP goals including behavior, communication, social skills.
• Collect and document data on behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff.
• Attend team meetings and supervision.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
