Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in school settings for the 25-26 academic year. This role uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to assist students from pre-K to high school, with 1:1 or classroom-based support.

The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, daytime hours typically 8am-3pm, pay between $21 and $28 per hour, and benefits including PTO, health coverage, and commuter benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support either in a 1:1 or general classroom capacity.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Possible toileting/diapering assistance.
