Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in the 2026–2027 school year and beyond, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Oceanside Unified School District settings.

This role offers Monday–Friday school hours with hourly pay of $23–$25, plus growth opportunities through supervision, credentialing support, and ongoing development within a trusted staffing partner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA under BCBA guidance.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior regulation and social skills.
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition; collaborate with BCBAs and staff.
