Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in Vista and nearby school districts for the 2026-27 year. The role focuses on applying ABA strategies in school settings, with 1:1 or classroom-wide supports.

Ideal candidates have childcare or ABA experience, be able to stand and move, and work well in a team while communicating calmly with students and staff. Ro Health provides ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be instructionally eligible.
• Minimum 6 months of childcare or ABA experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous school setting experience preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for student learning.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
