Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior, social skills, communication, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition for review with BCBAs.
• Assist students in building independence in routines, transitions, and classroom activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive strategies to prevent challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to support progress and development.
