Job summary

Ro Health in Corona/Norco area is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in school settings for the 2025-2026 year. You will implement ABA strategies in 1:1 or small group formats with students from pre-K to high school, collaborating with teachers and school staff.

The role is in-person, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays, with competitive pay of $21–$25 per hour and benefits including PTO, health coverage, a 40-hour path to RBT certification, and commuter benefits.

Qualifications

• ABA experience required for role.
• Childcare experience and working in schools preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior support in 1:1 or general classroom capacity.
• Communicate calmly and clearly with children and adults.
• Maintain physical stamina to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Assist students toward behavioral goals and on-task learning.
