Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred).
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students, implementing BIPs and plans by a BCBA.
• Support students in IEP goals including behavior regulation, social skills, and academics.
• Collect and document behavioral data; adjust strategies with BCBAs and staff.
• Help students build independence during routines, transitions, and activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and prevent challenging behaviors with evidence-based methods.
• Maintain professional communication with educators, families, and supervisors.
• Participate in meetings, training, and supervision to support progress.
