Job summary
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based high-quality ABA services across K-6 settings. You will supervise RBTs, coach teachers and staff, and collaborate with special education teams to support students with behavioral needs.
In this full-time role, you’ll travel between several school sites with some remote time for data entry and plan writing, and you’ll help develop / implement IEPs, FBAs, and BIPs while ensuring fidelity to BACB
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and at least 1 year of BCBA experience.
- Experience supervising RBTs and coordinating with school teams.
- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing behavioral data; familiarity with FBAs/BIPs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral services to students in K-6 settings.
- Assist with FBAs and BIPs as needed.
- Contribute to IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions.
- Provide behavioral consultation to teachers and school teams.
- Shadow, train, and coach staff on ABA strategies.
- Supervise RBTs and support staff to ensure fidelity of plans.
- Travel between school sites and district office; document per BACB standards.
