Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based program serving students ages 5-21 with autism and emotional/behavioral needs. You will join a collaborative team of behavior analysts, educators, and therapists to implement ABA strategies and support students returning to their home districts.

These are full-time, on-site positions with a 35-hour week schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• At least 2 years of ABA service delivery.
• At least 2 years of experience with individuals with ASD or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong written communication and teamwork with multi-disciplinary staff.
• Ability to complete state clearances, a health attestation, and a TB test.
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and develop PBSPs and BIPs.
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Collect and review behavioral data to track progress and adjust plans.
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, therapists, and school team.
• Train and coach staff to implement behavior plans with ABA strategies.
• Supervise or support RBTs as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff.
• Maintain documentation in line with BACB standards and IDEA.
