Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver school-based behavioral services for students ages 5-21 with ASD and emotional/behavioral challenges. You will join a multi-disciplinary team with educators, therapists, and support staff, applying evidence-based ABA within each student's plan, while ensuring fidelity to BACB ethical standards.

This onsite, full-time position runs 35 hours per week (8:00 AM–3:30 PM) at a single school site, with a W-2

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• At least 2 years of ABA service delivery experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and/or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to complete required state clearances and background checks, health attestation, and TB test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and develop/update PBSPs and BIPs.
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions.
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, therapists, and school team.
• Shadow, train, and coach staff on ABA strategies.
• Supervise or support staff and RBTs as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, counselors, and support staff.
• Ensure fidelity and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Maintain documentation per BACB standards and IDEA.
