Zusammenfassung

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based program serving students ages 5-21 with autism and emotional/behavioral needs. This full-time role provides direct behavioral services in a collaborative multi-disciplinary setting, with a focus on implementation of ABA plans and IEP collaboration.

Positions are onsite at one school site, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 35 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• At least 2 years of ABA service delivery experience
• Experience with individuals with ASD and/or emotional/behavioral disorders
• Strong written communication and teamwork with multi-disciplinary staff

Aufgaben

• Provide direct behavioral services to students
• Assist with FBAs and develop PBSPs and BIPs
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Collect and review behavioral data to track progress
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Train and coach staff to implement behavior plans using ABA
• Supervise or support staff and RBTs as needed
• Collaborate with educators, SLPs, OTs, counselors and support staff
• Maintain documentation in line with BACB standards and IDEA requirements
