Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in K-12 settings. You will work on-site with general and special education teams, providing direct services, assessments, and behavior plans, while supervising an RBT.

The role involves training staff in ABA strategies, data collection, and contributing to IEPs, with a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM and an immediate start through the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and eligibility to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience.
• Completed BACB supervision course.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data collection.
• Strong collaboration with educators and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs as needed.
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions.
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers and school teams.
• Shadow, train, and coach staff on ABA strategies.
• Provide clinical supervision to an RBT on site.
• Support consistent implementation of behavior plans across settings.
