The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time high school special education program. You will deliver school-based ABA services to students up to age 21, collaborating with teachers and staff in a consistent weekday schedule.

This onsite role runs through the end of the 2026-27 school year, with a W-2 employment arrangement. Start date is immediate, with a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM window and 35 hours per week, within a structured school day.

Formación

• Must hold BCBA certification and at least one year of BCBA experience.
• Completion of a supervision course is required.
• Experience with assessments, intervention planning, and data collection is needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration with educators and teams is essential.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct behavioral services in a high school special education classroom.
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs as needed.
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in meetings.
• Collect, analyze behavioral data and guide decisions.
• Offer ABA coaching and training to teachers and staff.
