The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time, school-based work across K-6 settings. You will deliver direct behavioral services, support FBAs and BIPs, and contribute to IEPs while coaching RBTs and staff in evidence-based ABA strategies.

You'll work across multiple school sites with occasional data-entry remote time, starting immediately through the 2026-27 school year. Competitive pay is $60–$65 per hour, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification required.
• At least 1 year BCBA experience.
• At least 6 months supervising RBTs.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data collection.
• Availability 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs as needed.
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and coach staff on ABA strategies.
• Travel between school sites and district office.
