Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position in a school-based autism and behavior support program. The role focuses on direct behavioral services for students ages 5–21, with collaboration among educators and therapists.

Immediate start through the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs/BIPs, contributing to IEPs, and training staff in ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• At least 2 years of ABA service delivery including FBAs and PBSPs.
• At least 2 years of experience with individuals with ASD or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Ability to complete state clearances and background checks, health attestation, and TB test.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and develop PBSPs and BIPs.
• Contribute to IEPs and attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions.
• Offer behavioral consultation to teachers, therapists, and the school team.
• Model, train, and coach staff on ABA strategies.
• Supervise or support RBTs as needed.
• Collaborate with educators and therapists across disciplines.
• Maintain accurate documentation per BACB standards.
