Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs and coach school staff at a high school setting. This role focuses on building behavior support from the ground up, aligning with BACB standards and school-wide initiatives.

You will provide RBT supervision, behavioral consultation, and staff coaching, with an emphasis on developing effective behavior plans in collaboration with school teams. Immediate start through the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs in educational settings.
• Strong ability to coach teachers and staff.
• Effective written communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of RBTs with observation and feedback.
• Consult with school team bi-monthly to review plan progress.
• Update BIPs and conduct FBAs as needed.
• Support transition to incentive-based programming and data review.
• Attend IEP/team meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
