The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position serving students ages 5-21 with ASD and emotional/behavioral challenges. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team providing evidence-based ABA services onsite at one school site.

You will conduct FBAs, develop PBSPs and BIPs, contribute to IEPs, collect data, coach staff, and ensure fidelity to BACB standards.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA service delivery experience.
• Experience with ASD and emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Ability to complete state clearances and background checks; US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and develop PBSPs and BIPs.
• Contribute to IEPs and attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data for decision-making.
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers and staff.
• Shadow, train, and coach staff on ABA strategies.
• Supervise or support RBTs as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff.
• Maintain documentation aligned with BACB standards and IDEA.
