Qualifications

• Provide direct and consultative therapeutic and evaluative services in the school setting.
• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and develop individual behavior plans.
• Consult on design/implementation of BIPs and Discrete Trials curriculum.
• Schedule and document service delivery; maintain daily intervention notes; support staff in notes.
• Communicate assessment results clearly to students, parents, teachers and administrators.
• Provide training in behavioral intervention and related practices.
• Perform duties assigned by building principal or Superintendent or designee.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative therapeutic and evaluative services.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop/assist with behavior management programs.
• Consult on design/implementation of BIPs and Discrete Trials curriculum.
• Schedule, document services, and maintain IEP-related notes; guide staff entries.
• Communicate assessment results to families and school staff; support staff training.
• Provide training in behavioral intervention; perform additional duties as assigned.
