Qualifications

• Master’s degree in field of education, psychology, special education or related field.
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis required.
• Experience using consultant/interventionist models and behavior management in school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative therapeutic and evaluative services in the school setting.
• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments; develop/assist with individualized behavior plans (BIPs).
• Provide program/individual staff consultation on DIscrete Trials curriculum and implementation.
• Schedule, document, and maintain notes of services per IEPs; guide staff entries in intervention notes.
