Franklin West Supervisory Union is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Student Support Services team in Fairfax, Vermont. The role focuses on FBAs, BIPs, direct student support, and staff consultation.

A key objective is to build a district-wide behavioral intervention system with ongoing coaching and collaboration with school teams to improve outcomes for all students.

Formación

• Valid state BCBA license (Vermont OPS) required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct support to students and consult with staff.
• Develop district-wide behavioral intervention systems and provide coaching.
