Job summary

Cortica seeks a School Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism and neurodevelopmental differences in school settings, collaborating with teachers and our clinical team to promote learning and development.

This role follows a school calendar, includes a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, and may require travel between locations. A BCAT certification is preferred or must be obtained within 30 days if applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in ABA/Behavior Technician roles.
• Able to travel between work locations within designated area.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students in school settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
• Collect data and document progress and incidents accurately.
• Collaborate with educators and Cortica clinical team.
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed.
