Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring qualified Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in schools. The role focuses on providing behavioral support using ABA strategies in a school setting, from pre-K to high school, with 1:1 or general classroom aide responsibilities.

We offer a Registered Behavior Technician training path with guidance and a pay bump to those pursuing certification, plus competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or general classroom support.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods; may bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Assist with toileting/diapering on a case-by-case basis.
