Job summary

Old Colony YMCA in Carver, MA is seeking a Site Coordinator for the School Age licensed program. Under the supervision of the School Age Director, you will plan and implement activities that keep kids safe, entertained, and learning while managing program logistics.

You will handle billing and timely payments, uphold the employee code of conduct, and model caring, responsibility, honesty, and respect. Flexibility for early mornings, late nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of age.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
• Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and lift up to 75 lbs on occasion and 40 lbs frequently (children).
• Will sometimes work early morning, late nights and weekends.
• Strong oral communication skills required for occasional public speaking responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure child safety and engagement.
• Handle billing and timely collection of payments.
