Job summary

The Old Colony YMCA Plymouth Branch is seeking a motivated Site Coordinator for the West Elementary School Age program. You will supervise activities and ensure child safety while delivering engaging, developmental experiences.

Responsibilities include planning activities, managing billing and payments, and upholding the YMCA mission. Strong communication, reliability, and ability to work varied hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of age.
• B.S or B.A with 9 months experience with school age children, or High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year working with school age.
• CPR/AED and first aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
• Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a program of activities for school age children.
• Oversee programming and supervision of the School Age Licensed Program.
• Handle billing and timely collection of payments.
• Uphold the employee code of conduct and reflect Y mission in duties.
• Support three focus areas: Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.
