Job summary

The Old Colony YMCA Plymouth Branch is seeking a School Age Site Coordinator for Manomet Elementary to oversee the licensed program and plan engaging activities while ensuring child safety.

You will manage billing and payments, supervise staff, and reflect the YMCA mission through caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect. This part-time role requires morning and afternoon hours, plus occasional meetings and office time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of age.
• CPR/AED and first aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment as needed.
• Hours include mornings and late afternoon shifts with meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for school-age program.
• Supervise program operations and staff.
• Handle billing and timely collection of payments.
• Uphold the YMCA mission and core traits in daily duties.
