Futures School is seeking a highly organized, welcoming, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the school.
Reporting to the Chief Administrator and working closely with the Director of Education and school leadership, this position serves as a central point of contact for students, families, staff, school districts, vendors, and community partners.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining accurate and confidential information.
We are looking for someone who is welcoming, highly organized, accurate, discreet, proactive, collaborative, and mission-driven. The successful candidate will understand that strong administrative systems help educators focus on what matters most‑student success.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position following the Futures School calendar (220 workdays), including Extended School Year. Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Compensation: $25.00-$28.00 per hour, based on relevant education and experience.
