JOB SUMMARY

The Scheduling Representative is responsible for making appointments for patients following medical practice procedures. Tasks may be integrated into other positions such as receptionist; registration clerk; or medical assistant.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)

Minimum Work Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in an appointment scheduling position
