Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support sales and Production teams at the Factory Store. You will manage customer contact, scheduling installations, and coordinate with installers to optimize the daily schedule.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with CRM and ERP systems, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is preferred for site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or project coordination.
• Hands-on computer skills with MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Contact customer after order to begin scheduling and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate appointments with customers and installers for scheduling and sites.
• Reconcile orders and ensure paperwork is signed and documented.
