Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to optimize delivery and installation schedules while coordinating with customers, factories, crews, and sales teams. You will manage inquiries, provide timely updates, and ensure schedule accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with potential overtime supports project needs at the Houston factory store.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and installation schedules across assigned service areas.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during scheduling; respond promptly via phone, email, text.
• Provide accurate updates on timelines, installations, deliveries, and changes.
• Optimize schedules based on timelines, crew availability, and customer preferences.
• Escalate scheduling risks and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and track milestones in company systems.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and customer experience.
