Job summary

Tuff Shed in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support the sales and production teams, coordinating installations with customers, installers, and management. You will ensure timely and accurate scheduling, resolve customer questions, and manage warranty issues to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities include preparing documentation, maintaining records, and driving cost-effective scheduling while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, scheduling or related coordination preferred.
• Hands-on computer skills and CRM experience recommended.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to begin scheduling and resolve issues.
• Coordinate installations with customers, installers and management.
• Manage warranty issues and ensure efficient scheduling.
• Prepare paperwork and verify orders, prices and documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' capacity and optimize daily schedules.
• Collaborate with Home Depot or partners as needed.
