Job summary

TUFF SHED is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator at our Houston factory store to coordinate delivery and installation schedules. You will partner with customers, factories, production teams, field crews, and sales to maximize efficiency and meet commitments.

Responsibilities include updating customers on timelines, confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate project records while supporting continuous improvements in scheduling and customer experience.

• Confirm appointments and communicate schedule expectations.
• Escalate risks and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and track milestones.
