Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support our sales and Production teams at the factory store. You will coordinate installations, manage appointments, and handle warranty issues to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have logistics or project coordination experience, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with customers and partners. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, coordination, or project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM software experience (JDEdwards, Salesforce) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and business judgment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Able to discuss offers and options with partners and customers.
• Must possess a current valid driver's license and a satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installations with customers, store management, and installers.
• Handle appointment scheduling and customer communications.
• Manage warranties and vendor expenses; prepare reports.
• Reconcile Home Depot purchase orders with sales orders.
• Maintain sub-contractor knowledge for daily scheduling.
• Prepare installer dispatches and create purchase orders and rates.
