Job summary

Tuff Shed Factory Store is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support the Sales and Production teams. You will contact customers after order receipt, initiate scheduling, and coordinate installations with certified installers to ensure cost-efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include warranty coordination, paperwork preparation, AR management, and collaboration with Home Depot partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or coordination preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems (JDEdwards, Salesforce).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers after order receipt and start scheduling; resolve complaints.
• Coordinate installations with customers, store management, and installers.
• Prepare store expense paperwork and ensure proper documentation.
• Reconcile Home Depot purchase orders with Sales orders for accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable for Retail and Home Depot channels.
• Maintain vendor relations and schedule efficiency with subcontractors.
