Job summary

You will train new staff, educate on department standards, and work with clinical staff to provide timely information and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Certification or vocational training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule return appointments and other appointments as assigned.
• Ensure accurate demographic and insurance information for clinical and financial needs.
• Coordinate requests for physicians and consumers in a single transaction.
• Provide orientation for new staff and interns and educate on department standards, policies and procedures.
• Communicate regularly with clinical staff and support teams to meet department needs.
