Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certification or vocational training may be required.
• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Cadence, Optime Aria, Ambra, and medical terminology preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to work in multiple systems for assigned tasks, management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical support to patients and care teams.
• Coordinate scheduling of appointments, procedures, surgeries, and admissions.
• Assist with precertification and financial counseling as needed.
• Communicate with physicians and staff to ensure clear information flow.
• Support revenue cycle processes and patient education.
