In this role you will use EMR systems, answer calls, route inquiries, and assist with referrals while maintaining accurate patient records. The position offers professional growth within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors; registers and checks in patients.
• Answers calls, relays messages, and directs inquiries.
• Manages co-pays, scheduling, and patient payments.
• Monitors patient wait times and notifies staff.
• Responsible for mail, records, and office supplies management.
• Requests and handles referrals and medical records.
• Schedules appointments as directed.
• Maintains cash drawer and reconciles daily cash; processes deposits.
• Obtains registrations or pre-certifications from insurers as needed.
• Utilizes job-related software and systems.
• Travel may be needed to support other facilities.
• Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork.
