Responsibilities

• Using a computerized scheduling system, set and dispatch appointments for new and returning customers in multiple markets.
• Respond to service inquiries, resolve issues, and retain accounts via email.
• Ensure appointments are scheduled evenly within technician service areas and communicate changes clearly to technicians.
• Assist the call center with scheduling issues and inquiries.
• Follow up on pending work orders and schedule installations with customers.
