Job summary

Won-Door Corporation is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to act as the communication hub between customers and the service team. You will coordinate service calls and installations, manage daily technician dispatching, and track job progress to completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires effective communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Have regular follow-ups with customers to ensure deadlines for installations and services are met.
• Schedule installations on a live calendar based on technician's territory and availability.
• Coordinate weekly service schedules and adjust as necessary to ensure timely service delivery.
• Communicate with individual technicians daily to manage and optimize schedules.
• Stay up to date on technicians’ time off to ensure coverage of area.
• Ensure timely follow-up on job completions to verify quality.
