Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Scheduler to manage daily billing prep, confirm readiness, and schedule installation/service. The role also supports operations by assisting customers and sales with information, availability, scheduling, and returns, and aids logistics with daily scheduling tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage install deliveries, shipments, pre-walks and follow-up requests via inbox/email.
• Call builders/customers to verify job readiness.
• Schedule orders by requested ship date and maintain organized filing.
• Build install purchase orders.
• Process install invoices and communicate status.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Support Operations and Logistics manager with daily scheduling tasks.
