Coastline Orthodontics is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator who will be the heart of our patient experience across three state-of-the-art clinics. You’ll greet patients, handle appointments, and coordinate with orthodontists and staff to keep the day running smoothly.

You should be customer-focused, a strong communicator, and comfortable with basic computer systems. Travel between locations is required to support the team and deliver excellent care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.
• Mobility with a valid driver’s license to travel between our 3 local clinics.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and send confirmations.
• Travel locally to 3 locations to support scheduling and patient care.
• Partner with doctors and staff to keep daily appointments on schedule.
• Manage patient accounts, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain digital records.
• Maintain office inventory and assist with light housekeeping to keep clinics pristine.
